When is the best time to have the shake and supplements?

We suggest having your shake and supplements in the morning and then your second packet of supplements with your evening meal. You can also have your shake for lunch or in the evening. It's up to you! The key is to build momentum and have a shake and supplements each day.

I just finished the 21 day cleanse program and want to continue with the Maintenance kit, where can I find more information?
